After applying patch on 21-05-2021 ->Actual Audit Schedule Report -> Newly added columns are not showing the data properly (Refer Description)

1. Entity Type column is blank

2. Site Function column is blank

3. Entity Status is displaying the ID number

4. Process is displaying the ID number

1. Entity Type column is blank

2. Site Function column is blank

3. Entity Status is displaying the ID number
