Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Requirement Tree/Failure Tree/EFC Tree
6. Right Click on Topic Element
7. Select Include Functions/Requirements menu
8. Expand the Aircraft Seating System
9. Observe the Result
