Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as a module admin & Select the module as MSA pro
2. Click on Gage for Repair menu
3. Select the Gage number as DC/GA/002(GAU04-00324)
4. Click on New button
5. Observe the field

When the version getting upgraded, the data of the department are not shown for any of the gage. As per the discussion with dev team. There is no fix for this. We have to assign the respective department for the existing gages
