Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP
2. Create a project and add a task
3. Attach an aqua document to the task and publish it.
4. Navigate to Aqua Pro and delete the Production item linked to the APQP task.
=> The production item gets deleted.
