1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS_2
2.Login as user
3.Go to problem solver module
4.Click on actions→new concern
5.Fill the details, click on submit
6.Go to actions→concern intial evaluation
7.Choose req fields , click on submit
8.Login to mail server

9.Click on inbox
10.Observe result
