New CAR Form - As per customer template, Find & Verify Root Cause -> tab should be displayed only Root Cause Description. all other fields % Contribution, verification date, Root cause category is not necessary. changing to not fixed with hotfix.

New CAR Form - Find & Verify Root Cause -> Root cause category field is not showing the assigned data on Row #1
- Build Cycle changed from Cycle 3 to Cycle 1
- Status changed from New to Open
- Status changed from Open to Fixed in Dev
It's missed functionality from build, It'll be fixed in future releases.
