Steps To Reproduce:

Log in as supplier contact
Select corrective action widget(choose audit number)
Observe Corrective action page has opened with close button
Select any one CAR approach
CAR page will open
Fill the CARm form and submit
After submitting the CAR form,Observe there is no close button in corrective action page
