Meetings Issue:Inline edit/delete button is not visible after adding concern or meeting page refresh.

1)1)Login as APQP Admin
2)Open the active project
3)Click on Meeting icon
4)Enter the Meeting details
5)Click on Save
6)Click on Meeting icon assigned for the task
7)Click on Meeting attachment button
8)Add local attachment and start upload and observe the checkbox alignment
Note: Issue replicated to the developer for all issues reported.
Description
1)Inline edit/delete button is not visible after adding concern or meeting page refresh.
2)Need Proper alignment for the document selection checkbox.
3)Need proper alignment when updating the action plan.
4)Document deletion alert to be in orange color
5)Document deletion selection alert text need to be in common.
6)Attach tool tip is displaying after closing the attach local document popup. - Already reported but failed to identify the scenario
7)Delete tool tip is displayed when moved from one window to other window.- Already reported but failed to identify the scenario
8)Need new jquery alert when updating the action plan
