openCopy interested parties - Check description (After fixing #20919)

1.Go to interested party menu in boss
2.click interested party expectations
3.Click copy interested parties button, it open the popup and then click to entity icon and select it
4.Click KPI, goals checkbox and click the expetations from the dropdown
5.Click arrow icon to copy
Description
1.When copy the particular expectation category it also copies the expectation category headings in interested parties and expectation matrix page. Refer screenshot
2.The copied category shows 0 in the note field. It is not getting copied. Refer screenshot.
3. while delete the copied category, It shows deleted successfully. But the record not deleted. It should show like dependency exists because of benchmark and goals and objectives of particular category exists.
4.Without Having KPI only copy goals, The copied goals not showing in goals and objectives page. Refer scrrenshot
