Steps To Reproduce:

1.Create a new folder in suite say LevelA

2.Search for the folder LevelA

3.Shows no data found

4.Go to Folder management and search for LevelA

5.shows no data found

6.Without searching in folder management, Activate the folder LevelA

7.CLick on save

8.Now search for Level A, its working both in folder and document management
