VOC - If an non-standard HARA ASIL is allocated to a child element in FSR document, it is not displyed in the VOC of that child element.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST Module administrator

2.Click on FSR menu and then select the PI

3.Allocate the ASIL values for any two rows

4.In that allocate any one value as Non-Standard HARA ASIL

5.Click on TSR and observe the ASIl

6.Now select the VOC and observe the ASIL

7.Now Select the VOC of child elements and observe the ASIL for both the child elements
