Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Attach icon
3. Attach the document from doc pro
4. Enter the mandatory field
5. Click on save button
6. Again click on same study
7. Click on Attached document
8. Observe the new tab and click on view
