1.Go to HRPRo and open competency management and click update competency

Description
1.Update competency - The requirement which is updated is not showing in the update competency. Refer screenshot
2.The requirement which is updated showing red mark in update competency also the same requirement is not showing the level name in competency evaluation
Job requirement page - When we select the shop floor user, the requirements which is updated are not shown. Refer screenshot
