Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST Module administrator

2.Click on Fault Tree Analysis menu and then select the PI

3.Right click on the least level child elements and select Add Probability option

4.Add a Safety Mechanism Name and Diagnostic coverage and click Add button

5.Observe the result

6.Refresh the page and Observe the popup and Control method name

7.Now try to Edit the Safety Mechanism Name and Diagnostic coverage and observe the result

Description

• Safety Mechanism Name and Diagnostic coverage added for the first time is displayed only after refresh.

• Control Method popup is displayed only after refresh.

• Control Method Name column automatically displays Test as data

• Safety Mechanism Name and Diagnostic coverage once assigned could not be edited.

• Even after doing flowdown for only one child element, it automatically assigns the data in Multi point fault column

• Header for Multi point fault is displayed as Multi point coverage.

• Some random data is applied in Rules Manager area for Multi point fault
