ToC: Additional information not showing the link to view and change req shows the doc type based on the new doc req selection not based on the last revision

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Create a new doc request by selecting the doc type which has no elements mapped

2.Check the additional info column in toc, its showing NA

3.Revise the document with diff doc type which has elements mapped

4.Check the toc, it should show the link in additional info column, but its showing the same NA

5.Revise the same document

6.Check the doc type dropdown, shows the one which is selected when doin new doc req, not the one which is selected for 2nd revision

Description

ToC: Additional information not showing the link to view only when the 1st revision doesn't has additional elements and the 2nd revision has additional elements. Also on doing change req, its showing the doc type which has been selected for new doc not the one selected for the last revision
