Architectural/Block Diagram - Attachment is not working as expected. (Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST Module administrator

2.Click on Architectural/Block Diagram menu and then select the PI

3.Click on Attachment icon

4.Add any file and save the page

5.Refresh and observe the page

Description

• Attached document is not displayed in the Attachment section for the first time. But displays the Delete option.

• After refreshing and attaching, it shows the attached document.

• On refresh it removes all the attachments
