Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS_2
2.Login as user
3.Go to problem solver module
4.Now go to actions→ new concern
5.Fill the required fields
6.Choose product from the dropdown
7.Click on save
8.Now again click on the concern
9.Observe result
10.Refer screenshot

Description

While creating a new concern select the product from dropdown list , click on save now again click on the concern observe the product name and product code is changed
