Description
1. All success message / Alert / Warning messages -> Warning/ alert / Success Icon is not showing before text message.
2. Alert message is not visible if I try to add duplicate audit forms
3. All Success message is showing in red color instead of green color.
4. There is note for copy audit forms / how to copy audit forms
5. Audit Form Type: Template and Reference -> Attach from Docpro -> The tree view is not user friendly and its not visible as per Upload NC page.
