Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as HR pro user
2. Click on Activities->Action
3. Under Survey, click on the Traiing Evaluation to fill up the questionnaire
Issue: After filling up the Quaetionnaire also the training evaluation is still displayed in the Actions
