Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to FST
2. Selct an PI and enable review
3. Enter any special character in the review/tag name
4. Submit the review
5. Login as Reviewer
6. Under Actions click on submit review /view status and check for the review/tag name.f

Requirement Review- If there is a special character in the Requirement/tag name then the Review summary and View Status page is not showing the complete name(QA Missed)
