In business rules - while delete the data and again add the same data which we deleted, It is not getting saved

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to Boss and open the setup and click business rule
2.Then click add and enter the data and save(For ex:boss)
3.Then delete the added data and again add the data
Observe the result
