Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Request a New document draft
4.Change the draft to document by clicking change request button in pending document drafts
5.Enter the Reason for change and changes required
6.Click on continue button
7.CLick on documents
8.Select the level
9.Check the revision history summary of the document
