Revision History Summary - Breadcrumbs navigation is incorrect

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS page and navigate to APQP.
2. Click on a project with a task with MDR approval.
3. Click on the revision history summary icon for the attachment with MDR
4. Click on home breadcrumb.
=> It navigates to DocPro page.
5. Click on the Draft link and click on Home breadcrumb.
=> It navigates to Projects page which is again navigable.
6. Click on 'View Comments' button and click on Home breadcrumb.
=> It redirects to 'Projects' page which is navigable.
