1.Go to IC
2.Click on Inspection form Std menu
3.Click on Attach docs
4.Click on the attached doc ( View the error shown)
5.Open the Inspection sheet
6.Publish the Inspection sheet
7.Open the published sheet in docpro
8.View the error shown
