Review Status View in the reviewers action page is not updating properly

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to FST
2.Select a pI and enable review
3. Login as reviewer and reject
4. Login as requestor and set review to some other users
5. Login as new reviewer
6. UNder actions click on the View status button
7. Old rejected reviewer name also displayed in Underreview status.

Description

Review Status View in the reviewers action page is not updating properly
1.Review rejected by one reviewer and then resubmitted to other reviewers then on clicking view status it is showing "under review" for the rejected reviewer too. Need to show the old review details correctly.
2.Color Not changed based on the review status.(Blue is showing for approved)

Need to differentiate the reviewer/review details, like who all are involved in 1st reviewer list and if resubmitted then that reviewers need to be identified separately.
