Multi parameter issue:Newly added parameter is not getting update for the External lab calibration study which is in pending close out study

1)Login into ewqims application
2)Select MSA module
3)Create a external lab gage
4)

Description

When one more parameter is added for a gage type and the least tolerance value is updated for that gage,then if the study is in pending close out then also the parameter details should get updated .but for external lab calibration the newly added parameter detail is not added.
