Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to FST/RFD
2. Select a PI
3. Select VOC
4. Add a new voc row
5. Enter Function and reqiorement
6. Then add Function/requirement branch without out refreshing the page
observe the behavior

Description

After adding a new voc row
1.If a requirement branch is added(without refresh) blank row only showing not allowing to add requirement
2.If a function branch is added showing design issue(If I enter Function Req in that all VOC rows got misaligned)
