On Clicking the "+" icon for add production item in the PI tree the newly created PI is not showing as it child instead it added under global .(Fixed issue)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as FST Admin
2. select main under setup
3. Select a PI and click on + icon
4. Create a new PI
5. Check for the newly created PI listing

Description

On Clicking the "+" icon for add production item in the PI tree the newly created PI is not showing as it child instead it added under global . On Creating PI using right click it is working as expected
