In both HRpro and boss - The added expectation category is not getting saved. Check description

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to hrpro and click personal development plan
2.Then click expectation category
3.Select any one. It goes to the expectations page
4.Cick add and enter data and save
Observe the result

Description

1.The added expectation category is not getting saved.
2.The Note field should be after the target date field(coloumn). the field shows as "THL note"
3.Defaulty it shows as zero in the note field

3. 3.Defaulty it shows as zero in the note field
When we add data in expectation matrix it is showing in zero in expectation category on interested parties expectation
