Steps To Reproduce:

1:Login to EwQIMS as a suite administrator
2:Click on the levels menu under security tab
3:Right click from the Parent level
4:Click new
5:Level number will be displayed as 9
Step 5:Edit the level number as 10
6:clcik on save
7:Right click from the Parent level and click new
8:Level number should display the no as 11 rather it shows the number as 10

Description

When any of the level number is edited and saved then by creating a new level it should shows the increment order of the last level number created
