Proposal rating - Cannot able to edit and check description for more

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to activities and click proposal rating
2.Click edit and see the proposal dropdown

Description

1.Team, Entity icon need to change as per new UI
2.Save alert need in green
3.delete alert needed in red
4.When click on the checkbox, It expands the row. When click the "+" icon it selects the checkbox.
5.Cannot able to edit it, the proposal dropdown shows empty
6.When move the cursor to proposal name, it changes to the pointer - not needed to change as pointer
7.when the status, it should be in the mentioned color
Pending - orange
Completed - green
Inprogress - blue
Approved - violet
Rejected - red
8.After delete it again add and delete. Its not get deleted
9.Not able to edit the team in proposal rating. When click on teams icon no response
