Requirement Review- When a reviewer commented for a requirement, later on the changed the user details from suite, then the renamed user's name should show in the review summary page(QA MISSED)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to FST module as admin
2, Select a PI and set review
3. login as reviewer and submit the review
4. Change the name of the reviewer from the suite page
5. Again login as requester or reviewer
6.Click on review summary
7. Old name it showing in the comments details section

Description

Review history still showing old name , only reviewers list showing the updated name(refer screenshot)
