VOC- Flows Done for a function requirement but the green color is not showing in the VOC

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to FST/RFD
2.Select a PI
3.Do a Flow down
4.select Requirement Tree
5. Rightclick and sleect Flows DOne
6. The Icon change to Green
7. Check for the same in VOC page
8. Flow down/up icon remains in yellow
