Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module administrator
2. Click on GRR study men
3. Click on New button
4. Enter the mandatory field
5. Click the part variation is Yes
6. Click on Generate form button
7. Observe the right side of the data entry screen
