"1.Login TO FST as Admin
2.Select a PI
3. Select the VOC under requirement Flowdown
4.Add rows
5.Set review
6.Login as a reviewer
7.Enter the comments without accepting review
8.Check for the draft status

Description

Requirement Review-
1.After entering comments by the reviewer the status changed to reviewed, it should change only when the reviewer clicks on accept
2.On attaching document in the review summary with Special characters the page keeps on loading( Attached the excel file I tried to upload)
