1. Login as FST Admin
2. Select a PI
3. Choose VOC
4. Click on enable review without selecting a row
5. Observe the alert

Requirement Review- Not able to set review On Clicking enable review button without selecting a row.Getting alert "Some of the requirements are already being reviewed,please change the selection"
