Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on tentative LPA schedule
3) Click on cancel button
4) Select the excuse reason and click on save and Observe the buttons

Description

1) Validation is not displaying when LPA audit is cancelled and Buttons are also not displaying as per UI rule

2) Excuse reason to be display while canceling multiple audits as well as individual audits but currently system is displaying excuses reason only for Individual audits cancel in audit assign screen
