Revision History Summary - All draft revisions does not display the correct draft, in 'Comments for draft' page

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP module
2. Create a project and add a task to it
3. Set MDR approval for the task and add an attachment.
4. Review the draft-1 & draft -2
5. Convert draft to document
6. Navigate to My Deliverable List -> Deliverable Info and click Revision History Summary
7. Click on draft # link and then 'View Comments' button
8. Open Draft revision 1 & 2 links
=>Both draft revisions displays the same draft(draft1)
