DocPro for IC Module: Published Documents Name/Number is Same

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to DocPro Module
4.Click on Documents Tab and Goto Documents Menu
5.Expand the Documents Tree followed by the Modules Tree, Select the IC Module
6.Now View the Document Name/Number in all the Published Document from the IC Module
7.Observe the Results

Observation: Document Name/Number was Same and its not in Unique

Document Name/Number should be in unique not in the same Name for both
