Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Open the project
3)Select the deliverable
4)Click on meetings icon
5)Select the meeting date
6)Under Action plan section
7)Add meetings action plan and save the data
8)Now observe the concern icon
9)Enter the concern title ans save
10)Now again click on the concern and observe the meetings details
