Deliverable info: FST Draft - When the FST draft is submitted then the document name is not showing in the output document field and it is showing as process in request but not visible for the reviewer under the actions also

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Open the project
3)Map the PI to the deliverables
4)Open the deliverable info of mapped deliverable
5)Set Review for the document
6)Open the document
7)Publish the draft
8)Observe the deliverable info
9)Document name not reflected
10)Again click on the input
11)Observe that document wil be in Inprocess request
12)Login as Reviewer
13)It wil not show under actions - draft request needing viewing also
