EwQIMS SP700

1)Access the link http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS_2
2)login to the module
3)click on module setup
4)click on Equipment
5)select the Equipment
6)click on Create/Assign Checklist
7)create a check points as mentioned in screen
8)delete one of the check point
9)again click on + icon and create same check point which was deleted before with same data
10)it does not allow to create the same check point even after check point is not available
