PS:Deliverable info: Notes icon doesn't have tooltip.Save button position is wrong. Notes field has 2 text boxes initially when the data is not entered. The user doesn't know where to enter the note info.PFB the desc

Template:Deliverable info: Notes icon doesn't have tooltip. As a user , i don't know the purpose of that icon.

Also there are 2 textbox under notes field and the user has to enter data only in the 2nd box which is not user friendly

Notes Rich text format is not updated.(In Doc Pro RTF version has been upgraded)Save button should be in bottom of screen
