PS:Sub categories: There is no attachment option for new sub category, can able to attach only during edit. Attachment button doesn't have icon. Alert message for delete in attachment screen is not converted to new UI.PFB desc for more items

Sub categories:
1.There is no attachment option for new sub category, can able to attach only during edit.
2.Attachments: Alert message for delete(alert message after deleting , alert message when clicking on delete button w/o selecting the records) in attachment screen is not converted to new UI
3.Need icon for attachment button in edit sub category screen and listing screen
4.Need space b/w attachments label and the button(Better to have icon instead of attachments button in edit screen as well as listing screen)
