Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims in website URL
2.Click on actions
3.Click on pending Requests
4.Enter the password
5.Click on submit
6.It shows invalid password eventhough the password is valid
7.Click on reset password
8.500 Internal server Error occurs
