Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as HR pro module admin
2.Click on Consolidation and select 2 training request to consolidate it.
3. Enter all mandatory details and save it.
4. Now delete the consolidated training

Issue: In training request listing screen, only one of the training request status is changed to Not consolidated status, the other is in Consolidated status
