Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as HRpro module admin
2. Create a training request from Trsining Request,Competency Evaluation, Goals and Objectives etc.

Issue:The training description in Training request list page is displayed as "Select".

Due to this testing cannot be continued in inst1 with the multi label updated
