Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on document management

2.Select the level which has more number of characters in document number, so that it will show the doc name only by clicking on expand "+" icon

3.Check by clicking "+" icon for multiple docs

4.Document name is showing same for all documents

Same applicable in responsive view
