Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to FST
2. Set a PI
3. Enable review and select reviewer withut Aqua rights
4. Login as reviewer
5. Enter review comments
5. Check for the status

Description

If the reviewer is not having Aqua Module rights then the review status in the VOC is showing "Under review" even after accepting review. In the reviewer's action page it got changed to "Reviewed"
