Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as admin
2) Click on Template
3) Select Some Field values like multi select and scope and respnsible person
4) Assign the same for Planned and Actual audits
5) select the template and Observe the fields for Planned and aactula audits area
6) Customized Field names are not getting and Multi select assigned values are not displaying
